Role Overview
- Manages and resolves complex claims by determining minimum coverage limits and claim value
- Serves as a trainer to adjusters handling low-complexity, high-volume claims
- Conducts training sessions and reviews claim files for compliance
- Provides recommendations on liability assessment, documentation and resolution strategies
- Leverages continuous improvement tools to identify and implement process enhancements
- Participates in departmental initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness
- Fosters a culture of continuous learning and excellence by collaborating on quality outcomes
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience with Liability and/or Casualty claim handling experience preferred.
- Must obtain an adjuster’s license in multiple markets within 60 days of hire.
- Current active adjuster license in TX, FL, or resident state to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
