Role Overview

• Define the regional strategy for customer identification, prioritization, pursuit, and conversion of custom opportunities
• Establish executive-level relationships with key decision-makers
• Drive account planning and execution aligned to customer priorities
• Partner closely with internal partners and account teams to shape competitive solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, IP, or complex silicon solution sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment
• Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills
