Role Overview
- Create meaningful connections with every customer
- Meet sales targets while earning commission
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Collaborate with community through events and making outbound calls
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Ability to guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping people with personalized sales expertise
