Monitor SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, DIBBS, agency forecasts, and other sources to identify relevant DoD contract opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with contracting officers, program office stakeholders, DLA points of contact, and prime/subcontractor partners
Lead end-to-end proposal development including technical volumes, staffing plans, past performance narratives, and cost/price volumes
Ensure proposals are compliant with RFP instructions and well-organized
Manage the full contract lifecycle: negotiation, award, modifications, options, and closeout
Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific supplements
Partner with Lead Engineers to align contractual obligations with technical execution

Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts Management, Supply Chain, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
5+ years of experience in DoD/federal government contracts management
Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD acquisition processes
Demonstrated experience writing and managing competitive federal proposals
Experience with contract types common to DoD work (IDIQ, FFP, CPFF, T&M)
Excellent written communication skills — able to translate technical content into clear, compliant proposal language
Proficiency with SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and standard contract management tools
