Role Overview
- Safety is #1 priority: a condition of employment which entails following and enforcing plantwide safety procedures, environmental regulations, and guidelines for the safety of all employees and for the environment
- Ensure that the press continues to run
- Retrieve racks on wheels
- Set oven to correct temperature and time
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- No High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet all minimal physical requirements
- High involvement in floor activities
- Must be certified forklift operator
- Must be able to communicate effectively with subordinates, co-workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form
- Must be able to understand and follow all instructions: both written and verbal
- Must be able to work with other team members and departments
