Lead Supply Chain Operations Managers (SCOM) and Customer Delivery Controllers (CDC)
Be the functional coach and support for both Planning & Control Managers and MRPCs/Order Controllers across the Procurement category, ensuring that Planning & Control teams have the tools, processes and competencies which enable them to deliver a high standard of supply chain performance
Drive Logistics cost reduction within the Procurement category
Co-ordinate inputs to customer L2/3 reviews, presenting on behalf of the Procurement category where agreed
Liaise with VP Delivery roles for escalation risks and customer L3/4 review
