2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within crypto, consumer fintech, or trading platforms.
Deep expertise in at least two growth channels.
A true zero-to-one operator.
High agency with full ownership.
Highly analytical and comfortable using tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and attribution platforms.
A strong writer who can create ad copy, landing pages, creator briefs, and email campaigns without relying on a copywriter.
Both an operator and a builder.
Crypto native or an active trader.
