Work on the development, maintenance and evolution of customer onboarding systems, covering the entire flow for acquiring financial products;
Design and implement solutions based on a microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience and low coupling;
Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs using Java and the Spring Framework;
Implement asynchronous integrations with systems using Apache Kafka;
Actively participate in architecture decisions, definition of technical standards and development best practices;
Ensure application security by implementing authentication and authorization with JWT and Spring Security;
Work across the full development lifecycle: analysis, implementation, testing, deployment and production monitoring;
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, secure and traceable deliveries;
Implement and evolve observability solutions, including logs, metrics and distributed tracing;
Collaborate with product, business and other technical teams to enable new features with agility;
Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality by performing code reviews and promoting best practices;
Ensure high system quality and reliability through automated testing.

Development of RESTful APIs, with documentation via Swagger/OpenAPI;
Solid knowledge of JPA / Hibernate;
Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL;
Experience with messaging and asynchronous processing, especially Apache Kafka;
Proficiency in ElasticSearch, including:
Index modeling;
Search and performance strategies;
Analysis of logs and operational data;
Strong experience with Datadog, including:
Application monitoring;
Creating dashboards, metrics and alerts;
Performance analysis and production troubleshooting;
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration;
Experience with CI/CD using tools such as Azure DevOps;
Experience with AWS and/or Azure;
Experience with testing using JUnit;
Familiarity with code quality and security tools such as Sonar and Snyk;
Version control with Git;
