Lead structured analyses to identify root causes of availability and assortment bottlenecks, developing hypotheses, testing them with data, and translating findings into prioritized action plans based on impact and effort;
Develop analytical models and simulations to support decisions on inventory investment, allocation, and prioritization across stores/regions;
Serve as a bridge between Replenishment, Logistics, Commercial teams and Executive leadership, structuring governance forums, defending technically robust recommendations, and influencing senior leadership decisions;
Build narratives and executive (C-level) presentations that connect complex data to clear, actionable recommendations, demonstrating strong logical structuring;
Coordinate the cadence for tracking OKRs and targets, anticipating risks and proposing contingency plans before issues escalate;
Support the technical development of junior and mid-level analysts on the team by reviewing deliverables and raising the analytical standard of the area;
Identify opportunities for automation, artificial intelligence, and process improvements (e.g., predictive models, dynamic dashboards), reducing manual work and accelerating decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Logistics, or related fields; postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus;
Previous experience in strategic/analytical consulting, or in planning/supply chain roles with a strong analytical component;
Advanced proficiency in structuring complex problems and the ability to work with ambiguity;
Advanced Excel (required) and solid knowledge of SQL and Power BI or Tableau; Python and coding skills (e.g., VBA) are valuable differentiators;
Excellent executive communication skills: fluent in translating technical analyses into business recommendations for C-level audiences;
Strong ownership mentality, autonomy to lead projects end-to-end, and resilience to manage deadlines and high-pressure environments;
Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and interfacing directly with stakeholders across hierarchical levels.
