Executive Area Manager

Role Overview

• Identify targets and execute selling strategies through ethical selling practice
• Drive sales growth and help derive best practices for targeting and reimbursement
• Contribute key learnings to the team to demonstrate understanding of marketplace
• Use approved corporate literature and scientific data to engage customers
• Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts
• Demonstrate understanding of industry products and updates
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal standards
• Assist with training field Area Managers and mentorship roles as needed

Requirements

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience required; wound care experience strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry preferred
• O.R./Surgical/VAC Submission experience required
• Experience with skin substitutes preferred
• Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies
