Research into the requirements of environmental compliance legislation overseas
Confirm companies’ obligations and assist with their compliance
Manage accounts ensuring customers’ compliance outside of the UK
Liaising with overseas compliance schemes
Advising on forecasts and invoices
Manipulating, checking and submitting data
Provide excellent customer service
Handle customer accounts
First point of contact for phone calls and incoming emails
Attend sales and client meetings
Explain and sell International Environmental Compliance services to prospective clients
Follow up all leads and opportunities
Undertake research into environmental legislation
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the regulations
Act as a special point of contact for extended team
Write in depth compliance reports for clients
Completion of legal documentation, coordinating with various authorities, schemes, and the client

Excellent organisational skills, and customer service standards
Competency to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload with limited supervision
Confident, positive, proactive, enthusiastic nature
Highly IT literate in MS suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Minimum: Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
Desirable: Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
