You independently identify new target customers in the SMB segment – with a focus on law firms in the DACH region and internationally – and build your pipeline through targeted cold outreach via cold calling, email, and social selling
You qualify leads, quickly identify genuine needs, and efficiently guide prospects through the sales cycle
You conduct convincing product demos and consultative meetings – you make complex technology understandable, even for decision-makers without a technical background
You prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and bring deals to a close
You maintain your accounts and activities accurately in the CRM and use it actively to manage your pipeline
You work closely with the Founder & COO and actively help shape the sales strategy
You collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to feed market feedback directly into the company
You proactively contribute new ideas and suggestions – you don’t wait for instructions but help shape the direction
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales – ideally in a full-cycle model
You have demonstrable success in new customer acquisition and closing deals, not only in one of these disciplines
You have a solid technical understanding and can clearly explain complex products to non-technical audiences
You are a native German speaker
You communicate confidently in English at C1 level
You are proficient with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
You are self-organized, take ownership, and enjoy working in a complex, dynamic environment
You enjoy driving initiatives forward rather than waiting for detailed instructions
Experience in the legal sector (lawyers, tax advisors, notaries) is a plus but not required
