About this role
Role Overview
You will support the BizOps team in day-to-day operations and take on administrative and communication tasks.
This includes, in particular: maintaining and filing documents and data, supporting structured processes and CRM tasks, handling emails and managing mailboxes, communicating with internal and external contacts, and taking on recurring tasks to relieve the team.
You will help make workflows more efficient and support smaller projects.
Requirements
Currently enrolled student with availability of approximately 20 hours per week
Structured, reliable, and meticulous working style
Very good written communication skills in German
Confident use of digital tools, especially Google Workspace or comparable applications
Interest in automation, AI tools, process optimization, or content creation
Hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, and strong willingness to learn
Enjoy taking on a variety of tasks and being flexible to help where needed
Team-oriented, responsible, and professional demeanor
