You will manage the full processing of salary payments for our clients, including recording and processing all payroll-relevant changes and month-end closing.
You will be the competent point of contact for clients on payroll and social insurance matters.
Handling social insurance–related tasks (AHV, FamZ, EO, etc.) is also part of your responsibilities.
You will liaise with authorities and insurers and prepare reports and lists.
Various administrative tasks related to the specialist area of “payroll” complete your range of duties.
Requirements
Commercial apprenticeship with further training in payroll (e.g., Payroll Specialist)
At least 5 years of payroll experience
Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems
Very good German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
Enthusiasm for payroll administration and social insurance as well as a flair for numbers
Structured, precise and solution-oriented working style
Reliable, team-oriented personality who is hands-on and maintains an overview even in busy periods
