About this role
Role Overview
cash management
register, check and process invoices and payments
safeguard the financial process and ensure that the work (invoicing, archiving) and financial systems meet quality standards
maintain all creditor data, including the associated delivery and payment terms
ensure correct, complete and timely general ledger management
periodically compile the correct statements and ensure their availability
identify exceptional situations and act actively in case of deviations
participate in the implementation process of our new ERP system, MSD365
Requirements
vocational secondary school working and thinking level (střední odborné učiliště) with at least three years of relevant work experience
experience working in an ERP system, e.g. MSD365
available 40 hours per week
excellent command of the Czech and English languages (Polish and German would be a plus)
