Plan, design and execute manual functional, integration, regression and exploratory tests.
Create and maintain test cases and scenarios.
Identify, log, document and track defects until they are resolved.
Validate functional requirements and business rules.
Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product, Business and Development teams.
Ensure the quality of deliveries across different environments.
Support user acceptance and validation processes.
Contribute to defining and improving QA processes.
Support test automation initiatives by creating or maintaining automated scripts when applicable.

Experience in manual testing of web applications and/or APIs.
Experience creating test scenarios, test cases and test evidence.
Experience identifying and managing bugs.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
Experience with test management and task-tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps or similar).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar tools.
Experience with API testing using Postman, Insomnia or equivalent tools.
Basic programming knowledge for test automation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
Certifications in Software Quality (ISTQB or similar).
