provide project management and support to team operational workflows for the CQC team
enables effective team operations
independently manage assigned projects
executive and stakeholder scheduling
monitoring operational risks and dependencies across projects
supporting funder reporting and compliance tracking
developing and improving operational workflows, templates and governance processes
facilitating communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders/partners
oversee the continuous improvement of internal team processes, workflows, and governance
manage operational aspects of Annual Organizational Sponsor engagement
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience
working directly with senior leaders
independently managing complex schedules
leading project management activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
project management tools (e.g. Asana or similar)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (preferred)
Experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives involving health plans, provider organizations, purchasers, foundations, or government agencies (preferred but not required)
Experience with utilizing, implementing or developing Artificial Intelligence agents for project management (preferred but not required)
