Observability Platforms (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus/Open telemetry or Dynatrace expertise.)
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) (SLO/SLI frameworks, error budgets, and MTTR improvement.)
Alert Noise Reduction (Alert correlation, false-positive reduction, and alert fatigue management.)
Python & Infrastructure as Code (Automation and self-healing/runbook automation development.)
ITSM & ServiceNow ITOM (Ticketing, alerting workflows, and operational data analysis.)
At least 3-5 years of experience
At least a Bachelor's degree
Oral and written proficiency in English required
