Engagement & Delivery Leadership (End-to-end ownership of client engagements, delivery strategy, operating model, and service quality.)
Executive Stakeholder Management (Executive client relationships, value realization, governance, and trusted advisor engagement.)
Commercial & P&L Management (Margin ownership, commercial outcomes, estimation, scoping, SOWs, and cost takeout.)
People & Engineering Leadership (Leading managers and engineering teams, talent development, coaching, and capability building.)
At least 15+ years of experience
At least a Bachelor's degree
Oral and written proficiency in English required
