Build and optimize Klaviyo email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns
Develop automated flows such as Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns
Create personalized customer experiences through segmentation and dynamic content
Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms using APIs and webhooks
Monitor campaign performance and improve engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics
Ensure email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

5+ years of Klaviyo experience
Expertise in Flows, Campaigns, Segments, Lists, Forms, and SMS Marketing
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and ecommerce integrations
Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and behavioral segmentation
Experience with Klaviyo Analytics and GA4
English Advanced/Fluent (Mandatory)
Klaviyo Certifications (Nice to Have)
Shopify Plus experience (Nice to Have)
JavaScript, SQL, CDPs, GTM, Salesforce, or Marketing Cloud knowledge (Nice to Have)
