Role Overview
- Deliver course material in alignment with program curriculum and learning outcomes
- Facilitate active, experiential learning in classroom and/or clinical settings
- Support development of clinical reasoning, communication, and professional behaviour
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and evaluate student performance
- Maintain a safe and ethical learning environment for students and patients/clients
Requirements
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical practice
- Evidence-informed, biopsychosocial approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to teach beyond technique (reasoning, consent, professionalism)
