About this role
Role Overview
Support delivery of a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Strengthen CX governance, process visibility, and cross-functional coordination
Monitor and assess complaint records for consistency and completeness
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in complaint documentation
Facilitate follow-up with appropriate teams when documentation is incomplete
Identify recurring complaint patterns and elevate systemic risks
Provide solutions and coordinate with key stakeholders
Facilitate access to quality-related documentation for customer requests
Track documentation request trends
Coordinate customer documentation requests in alignment with Quality and Regulatory teams
Gather required inputs and documentation to support label updates
Track and report trends related to label deviations or governance bypasses
Serve as the CX Quality & Technical liaison for material creation and change requests
Monitor complaint data integrity and classification consistency
Requirements
College diploma in related field preferred
Minimum three (3) years of experience in food manufacturing environment preferred
Experience supporting commercial, master data, or quality processes within SAP Required
