Role Overview
- Service a portfolio of clients or complete participation deals where you will be instructed by agent banks on required actions
- Address any high-priority items from the previous day
- Conduct due diligence for advances, review notices, and input advances into the system before releasing funds
- Complete rate rollovers and process payments
- Follow up on notices from agent banks
- Balance general ledgers
- Proactively manage portfolio of clients to ensure a smooth client experience for both agent banks and customers
- Handle complex deals, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to the development of teammates through knowledge sharing and support
- Administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions
- Consult and advise customers and external and internal business partners to execute transactions
- Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation
Requirements
- Exposure to ACBS
- Wire transfer experience
- Loan administration experience, with an emphasis on application of payments
- Account reconciliation experience
- Excel spreadsheet familiarity
- Loan Servicing Experience
- Commercial Loan Knowledge
- Operations Experience
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- University / college degree preferred
- Proficiency in client interaction and financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Compliance and regulatory knowledge
