Role Overview
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care
Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions in adults and/or children or adolescents (if experienced)
Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines with physician supervision in-house
Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation
Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure continuity of care
Participate in peer review, team meetings, and ongoing education
Requirements
Current PA license (required)
Psychiatric experience or certification preferred
Experience in outpatient psychiatric settings is a plus
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
Comfort with technology and EMR systems for telehealth care delivery
