About this role
Role Overview
Collaborates with Technology Incident Managers to prioritize and communicate technical support services
Monitors and investigates the impact of technical incidents; prepares written summaries
Provides timely updates, clear information, and communication of resolution
Engages with lines of business and technical teams to assess impact of incidents
Schedules and facilitates department-wide meetings, manages follow-up items
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR Equivalent experience (required)
5+ years of relevant experience (required)
Extensive Experience with the written English language, especially guidelines for formal and business writing
Extensive Experience with the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
Extensive Experience with business concepts, tools, and processes needed for sound decisions
Working Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) systems such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
