About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Google Analytics (GA4)
- Analyze digital performance across key metrics such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and policy acquisition journeys
- Collaborate with business partners in the development and delivery of key performance analysis and reporting
- Own and optimize the measurement framework for Amfam.com
- Ensure analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, IT, data engineering, and leadership teams
Requirements
- Proven experience managing web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Content Square, Adobe Analytics)
- Demonstrated ability to audit, validate, and maintain data integrity across multiple analytics tools and digital properties
- Previous experience using web and digital analytics to evaluate online sales performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Tableau experience
