Role Overview
- Monitor work flow and serve as liaison between assigned COE unit and management
- Provide training and coaching to assigned COE team on daily work functions
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Complete daily production reporting for assigned COE team
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Approve daily team productivity reports, ensuring they accurately reflect team activity
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience
- Work leadership experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of relevant spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software as required within assigned team
