As a member of the project team, you will support the implementation of customized ERP solutions for service companies
You will conduct training sessions for end users and administrators
In workshops, you will gather customer requirements and plan implementation steps together with colleagues and external contacts
You will also be responsible for software testing and quality assurance to ensure a satisfactory customer outcome
Customer support for technical and functional questions completes your area of responsibility

Completed degree in business administration/economics or a technical field
Strong team skills and communication abilities
Curiosity, self‑responsibility and technical affinity
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Initial professional experience through working student roles or internships is a plus
Optional: basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / NAV / Business Central, Power BI or Power Apps
