As part of the project team, you will support the implementation of customized ERP solutions for service companies.
You will independently conduct training sessions for end users and administrators.
In workshops, you will capture customer requirements and plan implementation steps together with colleagues and external contacts.
Software testing and quality assurance will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure a satisfactory outcome for the customer.
Customer support for technical and content-related questions completes your range of duties.

Completed commercial vocational training
Several years of professional experience in a commercial area (e.g., order processing, financial accounting, or payroll)
Curiosity, a high degree of personal responsibility, and technical affinity
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
Preferred: experience with ERP systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, Power BI, or Power Apps
