Role Overview
- Develop and execute the HR strategy for the GBS Center
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters
- Drive initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent
- Implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires succeed
- Lead succession planning and career pathing efforts
- Define and implement strategies to retain top talent
- Analyze attrition trends and develop targeted interventions
- Develop employee engagement programs
- Implement learning and development strategies
- Serve as a champion for employee engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of 10 years of HR leadership experience
- Ideally 5 years in a GBS or BPO environment
- Strong knowledge of national labor laws and regulations
- Experience working in a multinational organization
- Expertise in employee retention and engagement strategies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools
