Role Overview
- You develop content ideas and concepts for Instagram and TikTok — from hook through script to storyboard — and produce them as Reels and carousels.
- You spot trends, sounds and formats early and translate them into concrete ideas for our brands.
- You plan the editorial calendar with us and contribute your own ideas.
- You manage community and comments and enjoy direct interaction.
- Optional, depending on strengths: research and outreach to suitable creators for collaborations.
Requirements
- You actively use Instagram and TikTok and understand creator marketing from hands-on experience.
- You write well: relaxed, clear, charming — and with an eye for detail.
- You have a good sense for aesthetics, trends and target audiences.
- You work independently, reliably and efficiently.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Notion or similar tools.
- More important than a perfect CV: you like to experiment, learn from data and feedback, and want to help build brands.
