NIL & Social Media Marketing Intern

Electro is a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes, and they are seeking a NIL & Social Media Marketing Intern. The intern will help expand partnerships across athletes, creators, and affiliates while managing outreach and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding
• Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program
• Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion plus internal tools)
• Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message
• Track creator and affiliate outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups
• Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
• Build outreach lists of TikTok creators in sports, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness niches

Requirements:

• Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates
• Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well
• Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools
• Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment
