About this role
Role Overview
- Provide support and guidance to our existing customers on weekends
- Receive customer complaints and feedback and find satisfactory solutions
- Ensure our customers can always rely on friendly and prompt assistance
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and develop measures for long-term customer retention
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other departments to ensure holistic customer care
Requirements
- Ideally, experience in customer support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and preferably also in English
- Strong empathy for customers and an understanding of their needs
- Enjoy working in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments
- Organize tasks efficiently and keep track of multiple customer inquiries
