Role Overview

Provide support and guidance to our existing customers on weekends
Receive customer complaints and feedback and find satisfactory solutions
Ensure our customers can always rely on friendly and prompt assistance
Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and develop measures for long-term customer retention
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other departments to ensure holistic customer care

Requirements

Ideally, experience in customer support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and preferably also in English
Strong empathy for customers and an understanding of their needs
Enjoy working in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments
Organize tasks efficiently and keep track of multiple customer inquiries
