Wellness Director

Role Overview

• Responsible for the direction, administration, and coordination of clinical resident care services
• Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance
• Perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents every 6 months, upon return from Hospital or skilled environment, or change of condition
• Manage all appropriate state regulations and auditing to ensure compliance
• Own the relationships with your Executive Director and Sales Team and market wellness

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registered within the State preferred
• CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully
