Layout and install drywall beads.
Prepare all drywall surfaces for finish products.
Mix, carry and apply joint compound.
Tape, coat, finish and sand joint compound ready for decoration.
Hand or machine texture walls or ceilings per plans and specifications.
Clean up, protect, move material, tools, and equipment.
Erect and dismantle scaffolds.
Conform to safety rules and regulations of the Company and OSHA standards.
Calculate unit costs based on material installed, hours worked and labor dollars.
Attend and participate in all required company training programs.

Ability and willingness to learn company safety policies and applicable OSHA standards.
Knowledge and ability to use tools, materials, and equipment for finish carpentry projects.
Knowledge of basic mathematics including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
Ability to accurately measure materials.
Ability to follow directions.
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds, and stilts.
Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, with frequent one-on-one and group activity.
Lifting over 100 lbs. occasionally (doors or studs).
Lifting 50-60 lbs. frequently.
