About this role
Role Overview
- Design secure, scalable and resilient Azure cloud solutions
- Build, evolve and govern Azure landing zones and platform foundations
- Lead solution implementation using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
- Design and implement Azure networking, identity, security and observability capabilities
- Provide technical leadership and collaboration across architects, delivery teams, cloud service providers and partners
Requirements
- Extensive experience in infrastructure and platform engineering
- Strong hands-on delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure solutions spanning landing zones, networking, identity, security and core platform services
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code capability using Terraform and or Bicep
- Proven delivery through CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps and or GitHub Actions
- Strong foundations in infrastructure, networking and security by design
- Proven experience delivering modern cloud workloads and transformations, including container platforms such as AKS
- Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Exposure to FinOps practices such as cost modelling, rightsizing and the application of financial guardrails in solution design
- Strong communication and documentation skills
