Direct overall operations, ongoing management, administrative support and continuous evaluation of the graduate business programs
Manage applicants through admission, yield activities and student commitment
Serve as direct point of contact for all students, faculty and university staff
Coordinate the Sellinger Alumni Mentor Program and other programming activities
Lead day-to-day operations for graduate business programs, overseeing admissions, enrollment, onboarding, student advising, retention initiatives, and orientation programs
Develop and enhance the graduate student experience through management of study tours, extracurricular programming, and student-focused services
Partner with recruitment, faculty, Career Services, and alumni to create internship and networking opportunities
Design, administer, and analyze student surveys and assessment initiatives to support accreditation requirements and continuous quality improvement
Provide leadership and operational oversight by managing staff recruitment and performance
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required
MBA Preferred
8-10 years of relevant work experience
3 years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated experience in higher education, graduate business education, curriculum development, and program assessment
Proven success leading and developing teams, managing multiple priorities, and fostering collaboration among faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders
Knowledge of current trends in graduate business education, including online and hybrid learning, workforce-aligned curriculum design, and innovation in teaching and learning
