Officer, Alternative Investment Services – Bank Loans Operations

Role Overview

• Account for management of a functional team
• Manage service delivery and production activities
• Primary contact for operational issues and provide technical expertise
• Coordinate implementation of new funds and processes
• Organize internal meetings and document related notes
• Identify and implement operational best practices
• Assist with reviews and audits
• Train and develop staff and participate in performance appraisals
• Report suspicious activities according to policy

Requirements

• Equivalent to a BS degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of related Custody and/or Fund Accounting experience
• Management or supervisory experience required
• Knowledge of securities language and legal requirements
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of operational functions within Custody and/or Fund Accounting
• Computer proficiency with various software applications
• Ability to develop client relationships
