Supervises the daily activities of a single complex or multiple operations units.
Determines work flow and scheduling.
Develops cross functional working relationships to identify areas of efficiencies, process improvements.
Implements operational polices and procedures.
Assists with Risk and Mitigation Reporting.
Familiar with multiple systems and applications and understands the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
Provides leadership to team including facilitating meetings, regular colleague one on one's, providing mentoring and coaching opportunities in addition to handling conflict resolution and motivation of staff.
Responsible for writing, submitting and discussions with colleagues for review process.

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
Required 3 to 5 years of leadership experience, such as a lead, work director, supervisor, or team manager role
Experience overseeing workflows, coaching employees, and driving team performance in an operations, service, or production environment Preferred
Experience in banking operations or financial services
Experience working in a highly regulated environment with established controls, policies, and compliance requirements
Exposure to multiple operational functions or business areas.
