About this role
Role Overview
Manage and process B2B sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries (quantity and quality)
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for customers and sales teams (pre
and post-sales)
Coordinate with logistics, credit control and invoicing teams
Handle customer inquiries, order status updates and claims
Support sales activities: campaigns, quotations, reporting and analysis
Provide support for tools and processes (ERP, B2B portal, EDI)
Requirements
Excellent French language skills
Very good English
Italian or German is a plus
At least 2 years of experience in customer support, logistics, or administration
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
Strong communication skills
Reliable, well organized and attentive to detail
Passion for sports is an advantage
