Oversee a full range of activities to ensure operational effectiveness and accurate data collection within banking systems and processes
Provide expertise to lead initiatives focused on reimagining operational processes
Design technical solutions that support internal business units
Collaborate with cross-operational teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future processes
Create intuitive user-friendly designs, manage these solutions through development, testing and delivery
Manage team priorities, individual projects, iterative improvements, and tech-debt
Work with teams and managers to develop data driven solution designs
Facilitate project planning, develop business and reporting requirements, and conduct application testing to ensure a successful application deployment
Requirements
6+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations, Commercial Lending, Data Management, Process Improvement or System Design
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Intermediate experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, Power BI, and SQL
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio/Lucid, and ADO
Intermediate experience in project management methodologies
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
