Lead the preparation of complex technical-commercial proposals and budgets, ensuring alignment with business strategy;
Consolidate information with partner areas (Operations, Engineering, Commercial/Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Controllership and Finance), ensuring consistency of project assumptions;
Develop financial models, feasibility analyses and scenario simulations to support decision making;
Structure costs and define pricing strategies, balancing competitiveness and profitability;
Analyze financial and operational risks of projects, proposing mitigation plans;
Prepare executive reports and economic studies for investment approvals and commercial proposals;
Act as a technical reference for costs, pricing and feasibility of large-scale projects;
Monitor the economic performance of approved proposals, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions;
Develop and track strategic indicators (KPIs), such as profitability, productivity and ROI;
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency gains;
Support technical and commercial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders;
Ensure the integrity, reliability and confidentiality of financial information;
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in budgeting and financial planning processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
Experience in cost control, budgeting, pricing or financial feasibility;
Experience preparing technical-commercial proposals and analyzing projects;
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling);
Analytical capability and strategic business vision;
Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple areas.
Desired:
Experience in construction, concrete, infrastructure or heavy industry;
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar);
Intermediate English (reading and interpreting technical materials).
