Perform accounting reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Participate in accounting close processes between the 1st and 5th business day.
Generate accounting data to support decision-making together with product and business teams.
Provide support to Cooperatives by resolving technical issues related to processes and assisting with inquiries.
Act as an owner with genuine interest in the business, maintaining strong relationships with Cooperatives and partner areas.

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience with accounting and reconciliation processes between accounting and operational systems.
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with Cooperatives and internal teams to understand and map accounting processes.
Investigative and proactive profile, motivated by challenges.
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI and Databricks.
