About this role
Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end consultative sales process, from receiving qualified opportunities to closing contracts;
Work closely with the Pre-Sales team (SDRs), setting priorities, providing feedback, and contributing to the development of prospecting processes;
Plan and conduct online sales meetings with clients and prospects;
Deliver company presentations and software demonstrations, highlighting differentiators and value for clients;
Understand the operational processes of clinical research centers to identify needs and propose appropriate solutions;
Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and oversee the entire contracting process;
Keep the CRM up to date, ensuring sales funnel predictability and high-quality commercial information;
Monitor sales metrics, pipeline, forecast, and conversion rates;
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure a consistent customer experience;
Support the creation of playbooks, sales pitches, supporting materials, and operational best practices;
Represent the company at events, trade shows, and strategic meetings when required;
Conduct on-site client visits when required by the commercial strategy for current or future products.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields;
Experience in B2B consultative sales of software (SaaS) or technology;
Proven experience negotiating and closing contracts;
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to deliver executive-level presentations;
Experience conducting sales meetings;
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
