About this role
Role Overview
Organize and deliver the ideal onboarding experience for new customers
Manage relationships with customers in commercial operations management for wind and solar farms
Provide guidance on the optimal use of opti.node
Maintain regular contact with customers after onboarding
Identify individual challenges and develop tailored solutions
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners, and the Sales team
Requirements
Degree in energy economics or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of energy-related levies & privileges or reporting obligations
Experience in energy consulting, energy trading, energy services, or a similar field
Understanding of energy-sector processes and workflows
Experience in Customer Success
Enjoy interacting with B2B customers
Enjoy solving complex problems
Comfortable using digital tools (HubSpot, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Teams)
Strong Excel skills
Fluent German (C2) and good command of English
