Develop and execute test programs that support the design, certification, manufacture and commercial deployment of the NuScale Microreactor
Manage small projects and oversee test project progression through supplier evaluation, contract execution, design, implementation, testing, reporting, data acceptance, and contract close out
Prepare test program budgets, schedules, resource requirements, statements-of-work, requests for quote, test specifications and test reports
Analyze test data and validation efforts that utilize test data
Requirements
A minimum of a B.S. degree in Material Science, Mechanical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering from a four-year accredited college or university
Experience in executing, developing and managing testing programs for materials, fluid, mechanical or electro-mechanical hardware or devices is desired
Knowledge of and experience with refractory metals and high temperature applications is preferred, i.e. greater than 800 °C
Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
