Overseeing daily operations in the Kit Assembly / Clean Room
Establish work procedures and meet daily and weekly production goals
Maintain 5S standards to promote workplace organization and continuous improvement
Coordinate with the Planning department to prioritize production orders and ensure timely completion of work
Track and maintain production metrics: output, downtime and labor hours
Monitor production efficiency, ensuring products meet quality standards
Track, analyze, and communicate KPIs to drive operational excellence
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, quality, GMP to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Directly supervise, coach, and mentor employees in the Kit Assembly area, fostering a high-performing team
Address employee relations, attendance, performance, and corrective actions in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Ability to work Day shift (8:00AM
5:00 PM), Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays or additional hours to meet business needs
Associate's or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant experience plus three years in a supervisory role
Ability to interpret, and prepare production reports, technical documents, work instructions, and business correspondence
Ability to effectively communicate, written, and oral, and present information
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data, perform basic calculations, and make sound decisions in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing production priorities
Regularly sit, stand, walk, and use hands for handling, reaching, and operating equipment
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Possess close vision and depth perception to perform inspection
Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and a moderate noise level
