Role Overview
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
- Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and supplier performance improvement
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (WE VALUE)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (WE VALUE)
- Knowledge of best practices in procurement and supply chain management (WE VALUE)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (WE VALUE)
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams (WE VALUE)
- Experience with supplier relationship management and supplier development (WE VALUE)
