Lead technicians to execute incoming quality control (IQC) for raw materials and components
Manage IQC input/output schedules to optimize inspection efficiency
Create, update, and maintain Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP)
Handle material quality issues and exceptions
Conduct preliminary failure analysis on materials
Provide timely feedback on quality issues to supplier quality windows
Collaborate with buyers to provide technical support and material quality evaluations
Review and analyze IQC team inspection data and KPIs

Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier quality management
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or a related field
Proficiency in Computer and Office Applications
Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 standards
Ability to Train and Mentor
Experience in L6 to L10 System Assembly
